Achieve Substantial Savings and Realign Inventory Management

In this Webcast, the Materials Management Manager at Southlake Regional Health Centre (SRHC) in Newmarket, Ontario will describe the implementation process of an automated RFID-enabled inventory management system and how surplus inventory was reduced and supply shortages eliminated. In addition, the Cath Lab Manager at SRHC will outline specific improvements achieved in the department through the implementation of the automated system, including a realignment of staff duties, a reduction in expired or damaged supplies, and a decrease in carrying and operational costs.

Target Audience:
