This presentation will examine compensation trends from the most recent (April 2012) publication of Radford's Global Technology and Global Sales Surveys. Radford will help you understand the current hiring environment, turnover rates, and salary budget forecasts to help you plan your rewards programs for 2012. Our speakers will also address hot topics in the area of rewards and seek your input on issues that are critical to your organization.

"2012 Benefit Trends in Canada"

This presentation will focus on the key trends in Canada and how they affect the Hi-Tech Sector. Particular emphasis will be placed on the latest developments in the design of prescription drug and wellness programs. Tim will draw on Aon Hewitt's large database of plan design details for the Hi-Tech sector as well as recent survey data.
