BDC presents “Key Aspects of Financing Your Business”

Business Development Bank of Canada is hosting Downtown Financial Executive Peer Group Meeting entitled "“Key Aspects of Financing Your Business: Key tips for maximizing your outcomes and closing the deal” for the York Technology Alliance (YTA).

Jim brings over fifteen years of corporate banking and corporate advisory experience to the firm. Prior to joining FirePower Financial Jim founded Shone Capital Partners, a corporate finance and business advisory firm. He has held management positions within Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), most recently as a Branch Manager, and with New Solutions Capital Group, a boutique finance and advisory services business. During his tenure at Shone Capital Partners, BDC and New Solutions, Jim primarily advised on transactions including debt financing and M&A for small- and mid- sized businesses. Jim holds a B.Com from McGill University and an MBA from Queen’s University and is a CFA Charterholder.
