GTA Software Executive Forum - Launch

December 4, 2008

ITAC and Macadamian Software are proud to announce the launch of an exciting new forum that will bring together high-level software executives to share best practices, exchange ideas, and explore new technologies. The GTA Software Executive Forum will be chaired by Fred Boulanger, President and CEO of Macadamian Software.  By bringing successful software executives together to share knowledge, the Software Executive Forum will raise the effectiveness of member companies, and position Canadian software companies as leaders the rest of the industry looks to for innovation and best practices.  Please note that this is not a venue for business development representatives nor is it a venue promote one’s goods or services.

Topic this month: Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

SOA is one of the most hyped acronyms in software. A number of vendors are jumping on the bandwagon, and every major platform vendor has an SOA story. We’ve put together an expert panel to look at how they are using SOA, and where they see SOA heading, to help us understand the opportunities in SOA, and how we can make the best use of SOA in our products. Space is limited to the first 25 registrants. Please reply early to avoid disappointment.  As a courtesy to the host for this meeting and for after hours security, all participants are to pre-register by no later than December 2nd.  If you register and must cancel, please contact Micheline Levesque at (613) 791-1261 or by e-mail at mlevesque@itac.ca
