Build In Canada Innovation Program Call For Proposals

Public Works and Government Services recently announced the fourth Call for Proposals for the Build in Canada Innovation Program. Under the program, businesses can make proposals for the opportunity to test late stage innovative goods and services in the federal government departments. Entrepreneurs can be awarded contracts with a maximum value of $500,000 (in the case of non-military projects). The goal is to help Canadian companies demonstrate the value of their innovations to help them bridge the pre-commercialization gap. Suppliers have until January 7, 2014 to submit their proposals.
