COACH – Breakfast Networking Session – Patient Engagement and Connected Care

Monday, March 27 - 2017
8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon PT
Vancouver, BC

Join us in Vancouver for a breakfast networking session in Patient Engagement and Connected Care

Across Canada, there is a shift towards new models of care delivery that involve enhanced connectivity between Canadians and their healthcare providers. The rapid introduction and availability of innovative technologies is changing the conversation around the art of the possible in care model design and delivery. Clinical leaders and system designers are reimagining health service delivery with the input and needs of the patient and client as the driving force, and leveraging digital health technology to connect patients with the health system and their care providers. This networking event will feature engaging discussion about the people, process, and technologies enabling the next generation of patient engagement and connected care.

This morning session will bring together COACH members and welcome digital health professionals (non-members) to the COACH community. Attendees will spend a morning networking and gaining valuable insights that they can bring back to their office in the afternoon.

Event attendees will enjoy this experience and benefit from:

  • Meeting digital health leaders from public sector, private sector, and government to build and extend your trusted network
  • Learning about new developments and opportunities in patient engagement and digital health
  • Engaging in working discussions
  • Contributing thought leadership to a patient engagement publication
