This is the fourth event in the ITAC/CWC Speakers Series: Women in Corporate Leadership. On September 19th, we get up close and personal with Mandy Shapansky, President and CEO, Xerox Canada Ltd. In a lively interactive discussion format, Mandy will share her insights and reflect on the experiences that have led her to her leadership role at Xerox Canada Ltd.. She will also share her views on why conscious strategies to build strong corporate inclusion are good for business and why Diversity in the Workplace has become a strategic imperative.
This series features outstanding female leaders so please joins us to hear their personal journeys, their leadership lessons, and why they think technology careers are exciting! They will also touch on innovation, how diversity fuels it, and what their companies are doing about both. We are hoping for a dialogue between men and women on these important topics so everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring along colleagues, family and friends who may benefit from ideas and experiences discussed.

Mandy Shapansky, President and Chief Executive Officer, Xerox Canada Ltd.
Mandy Shapansky is President and Chief Executive Officer of Xerox Canada Ltd. Appointed to the position in July 2010, she is responsible for all Canadian business operations, which includes human resources, finance, customer service, marketing and sales. Prior to this appointment, Mandy was Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff for Xerox Canada. Recently named one of Canada`s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, Mandy’s visionary approach to business process optimization, along with her customer-first management philosophy and practices, have enabled the services-led, technology-driven company to consistently grow its revenue and market share in Canada. Under Mandy’s stewardship, Xerox Canada was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2012 by Mediacorp for best practices in inspiring and valuing employees. Mandy holds an Honours B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo, is a Chartered Accountant and serves as a director on the boards of Catalyst Canada and the Conference Board of Canada. She resides in Toronto with her husband and their four children.
