Inaugural Palestinian Trade Mission Seeks Canadian ICT Companies

ITAC is pleased to share an opportunity to participate in the first-ever Palestinian trade mission to Canada.

DFATD, in collaboration with PalTrade and Agriteam Canada Consulting, is organizing a trade mission of Palestinian companies to Canada. Entitled Connecting Business-Expanding Horizons,” the mission will take place June 7-12, and ITAC members are invited to participate.

Of most interest will be a series of one-on-one, business-to-business meetings between Palestinian and Canadian companies to discuss possible business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships. These meetings will be held in Toronto June 9 and 10, with participation by invitation only.  ITAC members are encouraged to request an invitation.

The Palestinian Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector is world class, and includes strong, capable IT services and software companies. There are five ICT companies on the mission, each seeking alliances and partnerships in Canada. In turn, these companies offer you a unique entry point into the fastest-growing IT sector in the Middle East, as well as ‘Arabization’ support for your products and services.

If you are interested in learning more about the mission and the specific ICT companies available for meetings, please contact Guy Innes (ginnes@agriteam.ca, 403-253-5298) before May 27. Once connected, he will provide you with complete information about the event, the involved companies, and an invitation-only reception with a range of senior business people and government officials.

Participation at this event is free.
