Canada Health Infoway has appointed Michael Green as its new president and CEO, effective August 1, 2014.

A member of ITAC’s Board of Directors, and former Board Chair (2009-12) Michael has had a long and distinguished career working with public health systems in the UK, US, Canada and Latin America. Prior to his Infoway appointment, he was president and CEO, Americas Region for Agfa HealthCare Inc., where he has developed an appreciation for the complexities of healthcare systems and has seen the transformative power of digital health first hand. By overseeing the transformation of radiology from film to digital, he was an early visionary in the way digital health solutions can help make public health systems more sustainable and improve the patient experience.
