ITAC Health announces appointment of Susanne Flett, President of Healthtech Consultants, as Vice Chair and gives thanks to outgoing Board members
Toronto (June 09, 2017) – ITAC Health Board approved the Board of Directors Slate for the 2017 to 2018 term at their recent Board meeting held on June 7, 2017 in Toronto, in conjunction with the 2017 e-Health Conference. ITAC Health’s Governance Policy directs the association to convene a Governance Committee each year to develop and propose a slate of candidates for approval by the ITAC Health Board. The committee is chaired by a past Chair or Vice-Chair of the Board. This year’s committee was chaired by, Dave Mosher, the current Past Chair of the ITAC Health Board of Directors. In selecting potential candidates, Mr. Mosher ensured that the committee considered criteria to ensure appropriate representation including geography, type of company, size of company, the individual’s past contributions to the association, and gender diversity.

Susanne Flett, President of Healthtech Consultants accepted the appointment as the ITAC Heath Board of Directors Vice Chair for the 2017 – 2018 term. Ms. Flett brings a vast wealth of ITAC experience to the positon, having served previously as a director for both the ITAC Health and ITAC Boards.
A special recognition of thanks was given to outgoing Board Directors Mike Clarke, formerly of GE Healthcare, Barry Burk, formerly of IBM Canada, and David Pattenden of Amazon, for their generous contribution of time and outstanding commitment that they have provided to ITAC Health over their years of tenure on the Board.
