As a member of CGI’s Management Committee, Mr. McCuaig also participates in the development and execution of CGI’s global strategy.
In addition, he leads CGI’s Global Banking Sector Council and, in this capacity, drives the development of the company’s global banking strategy. Mr. McCuaig has been involved in the delivery of many transformation and managed services projects for a wide variety of major financial institutions.
He also serves as executive sponsor of CGI’s Canadian Healthcare Centre of Excellence, guiding the strategic delivery of solutions and services in this important high-growth market.
Mr. McCuaig joined CGI in March 2004 from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where he held the position of Senior Vice-President and Managing Director, Consulting Services, Canada. He began his career at Ernst & Young in 1989 (then referred to as Woods Gordon/Clarkson Gordon) and became a partner in 1995, and he was also a member of Ernst & Young’s Partnership Board.
At Ernst & Young, he led many practices, including Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Strategy and Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and Finance and Employee Transformation.
Mr. McCuaig sits on a number of boards, including the International Advisory Board of the Schulich School of Business at York University, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Toronto Board of Trade as Vice Chair, and the Information Technology Association of Canada’s Executive Committee as Treasurer. He also sits on the IT Committee for Mount Sinai Hospital.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario and Ryerson University, holds an MBA in Marketing & International Business from McMaster University, and received executive management training at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Eric has more than two decades of experience in the IT industry and an outstanding track record of success in Microsoft’s Small Business Solutions and Partners group. He joined Microsoft Canada three years ago as Vice-President, Small Business and Midmarket Solutions & Partners. He has been instrumental in helping businesses understand the depth and breadth of software solutions available and works closely with Microsoft’s vast partner community, identifying ways to help small and midsized business exceed their business goals.
Previously, Eric held positions in various business areas at Microsoft UK, most recently leading the UK Partner Group. During that time he was closely involved in developing the highly successful Microsoft Partner Program.

Jennifer Evans is a pioneer and leader in the digital space. Jim Muzyka is vice president and general manager, Xerox Global Services (XGS) for Xerox Canada Ltd. He was appointed to this position in June of 2008. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the XGS business in Canada, including overall strategic direction, sales coverage, marketing, operations and finance. His focus is to provide the highest level of customer service while capturing the growth potential of XGS.
Most recently, Muzyka was president of Mobile Computing Corporation where he successfully completed a restructuring of the business aimed at attracting new investors. Prior to that Muzyka, co-founded Optus Corporation transforming a small printing and transaction processing business into a pioneer in the one-to-one customer communications field, Optus Corporation was eventually acquired by Symcor Inc., in 2000 where Muzyka assumed the senior vice president, sales & marketing role in the Customer Communication Division.
Muzyka first worked for Xerox from 1984 – 1998, and in that time he held progressive sales, marketing and management positions. During his last 5 years, Muzyka played an instrumental role in establishing Xerox Global Services as the leader in the Canadian document outsourcing market.
Muzyka studied history and political science at the University of Toronto and is a graduate of the Queens University Executive Management Program.
Muzyka is on the Board of Directors for the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) and he is the executive champion for The Women’s Alliance (TWA) at Xerox Canada.
Muzyka lives in Toronto and he is an active participant in the United Way.

David MacDonald is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational execution of Softchoice Corporation (TSX: SO). Since joining the company nine years ago, Mr. MacDonald has been leading the transformation of Softchoice from a Software licensing reseller to a fully diversified North American Solutions provider offering advanced IT Services, Enterprise Hardware and Software Solutions to customers across Canada and the United States. During this time Softchoice has enjoyed remarkable growth with revenues increasing fourfold to US$1 Billion.
Prior to joining Softchoice, Mr. Macdonald worked for Xerox Corporation in a number of senior global roles for 18 years.
Mr. MacDonald has been involved as an advisor to HP, CISCO and Microsoft on their Channel and Go to Market Strategies.
In addition, Mr. MacDonald is deeply engaged in his community; as the Chair of the Board of Governors of ITAC he continues to lead the positioning of ICT as a critical enabler to Canadian economic growth.
Karna Gupta is one of the most respected and well-seasoned executives in high technology with an exceptional track record. With more than 30 years of outstanding industry experience, his expertise and accomplishments span across North American and International business domains.
Currently serving in several Corporate Boards (Public & Private); he is also in the Board of Regional Incubation Center -- Venture Lab.
In January 2008, Mr. Gupta was named CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Certicom Corp (TSX: CIC). Led the organization through a successful turn-around and then led the company through a successful defense against an hostile bid and then successfully sold to RIM with over 96% shareholder approval.
Prior to his appointment at Certicom, Mr. Gupta held the role of President for the Real-Time Billing Division of Comverse Technologies from 2006 to 2008 (NASDAQ: CMVT). Significantly improved the overall performance of the division with a globally-distributed workforce (1500) in 50 countries and serving a customer base world-wide. Mr. Gupta's previous role in Comverse was Chief Marketing Officer for Comverse Americas.
Prior to Comverse, he was President of Sitraka Mobility. Under his leadership, the company grew from a start-up venture to a strong industry contender in mobile application development. He led the organization through a successful merger with Everypath Inc of California..
Mr. Gupta also served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Eftia OSS Solutions, a company focused in delivering OSS solutions to the carriers.
Mr. Gupta held several executive positions with Bell Canada (TSX: BCE), including Vice President, Product Development and Management.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. He has also attended executive development programs at Duke University, Harvard, MIT, University of Western Ontario and Technion Institute in Israel.
