As Assistant Deputy Minister, Acquisitions Branch at PWGSC, Mr. Ring is responsible for the entire procurement and contracting cycle of major commodities from highly specialized military equipment to common office supplies. Mr. Ring has over 30 years’ experience in the public service, having held senior positions at the Department of National Defence, Coast Guard, Privy Council Office, and Canadian Heritage. He has also recently completed a MBA program at the Royal Military College.
