Our keynote speaker will be Rob O'Keefe (introduction below). Rob will share the latest trends in understanding the "Employee Value Proposition" focusing on company brand and employee engagement… beyond the marketing lens! Rob will cover both the value of the company brand in attracting talented employees + engaging and retaining them through "Mobilization" (Brand Ambassadors who are engaging and active) and "Optimization" (making your Brand meaningful to the employee). Learn from Rob's client experiences how to make your brand live with employees. Rob will take into account the various sizes of business with in the ITAC membership including the challenges for Small, Medium and Large multi-National businesses.
Following the keynote address, we've lined up an HR industry panel to share their employee engagement experiences that includes branding, wellness and culture. Ask the panel questions and also share your insights for personal reflection & growth.
