ITAC, in partnership with Invest Ottawa, will lead a mission of ICT companies to India in January, 2015. Over a four day period industry participants will meet with representatives major Indian-based multi-nationals to explore business collaboration opportunities. The January 18- 24 mission will focus on four ICT sectors: telecom (including value –added solutions and RF); cybersecurity; and education software. Funding from the Government of Canada Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Development permits ITAC to offer reduced travel costs to 10 Canadian firms participating in the mission.

On September 25, ITAC, Invest Ottawa, and Export Development Canada conducted a seminar on Doing Business in India.

The seminar focused on the opportunities and challenges ICT companies will encounter in the world`s largest democracy, and details the support services available to export-ready Canadian companies.
