Jocelyn Bérard will be the leader and moderator for this session. Accompanying him will be two of Global Knowledge’s facilitators who have deep experience in delivering change focused learning plans to the Public and Private Sectors.
Jocelyn Bérard is an experienced executive with extensive Canadian and international experience in the areas of Human Resources and Business management. He has worked in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. Jocelyn’s clients are from industries as diverse as telecommunications, auto manufacturing, health care, retail, aerospace and banking. His focus is Talent Management, especially related to Leadership Development, Succession Management and Selection best practices. Jocelyn has two undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Resources, a Master Degree in Industrial /Organizational Psychology and an Executive MBA.
Valerie Boser is one of Global Knowledge’s most experienced facilitators in the areas of leadership, change management and communications. In 2012, Valerie delivered customized versions of Global Knowledge’s Leading Transformation course to all Information and Information Technology Directors and Managers in the Ontario Government. Valerie will be sharing her experiences and observations on how to develop resiliency within the public service
Jacqueline Boileau has been involved in leadership development since 1988 and has a solid background in change and performance management. As a bilingual learning consultant, Jacqueline aligns business performance through a comprehensive content developmental strategy.
