Today there are more connected objects than people on the planet. The networks and data that flow from them will support an extraordinary range of applications and economic opportunities. The plethora of data from IoT devices could help governments reduce costs, improve deployment of resources, and promote economic development.

Join this expert Main Stage panel as they explore the implications of the Internet of Things, especially as it relates to government at all levels. The challenges and recommendations laid out in the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) white paper entitled ‘The Internet of Things: Time for a National Discourse‘ will be used as a basis for the discussion.
