The Canadian Identity Theft Prevention Association has noticed a huge surge in identity theft cases across Canada due to recent data breaches.
To help combat this, the Canadian Identity Theft Prevention Association has recently announced the national Identity Theft and Data Breach Conference 2016.
This conference will provide ITAC membership with the most up-to-date strategies, trends and tactics so that your department has the most advanced tools and IT strategies in place to help prevent and best survive a data breach.
Experts will also provide information about Canada’s new mandatory data breach notification legislation, which was built into the Data Privacy Act last summer.
This year’s conference will play host to the most comprehensive group of speakers and experts in this field. It will be held at the Westin Ottawa on June 13 & 14, 2016.
