This is a practical hands-on learning event. In this session, you will learn about current trends in:

  • Setting the stage for EE assessments
  • Survey design
  • Sampling (versus census)
  • Deployment methods and frequency
  • Metrics and analytics
  • Reporting and communications

The session will be followed by an open the floor discussion on issues, challenges and opportunities that the attendees have at their respective organizations. The session will wrap up by focusing on one or two “problems”, and build a set of solutions.
