ITAC ONTARIO PUBLIC SECTOR BUSINESS COMMITTEE

The following provides details for the next ITAC Ontario Public Sector Business Committee meeting on May 29, 2019 along with the invite for the Fireside Chat with Josie Scioli, Deputy City Manager, City of Toronto.

We have a max of 30 participants in the room so registration for in-person attendance is based on first-come, first-serve.    Registration is limited to one person per ITAC member organization.

Two Options:

  • 9:00-11:00 am – Register for in-person for the Fireside Chat followed by the ON PSBC Meeting.
  • 10:00-11:00 am – Register to participate to call-in for the ON PSBC Meeting to stay engaged and participate in the strategy discussion

Josie Scioli

Josie Scioli is Deputy City Manager, Corporate Services at the City of Toronto where she provides strategic leadership to the City’s Facilities Management, Strategic Business Management, Real Estate Services, Fleet Services, 311 Toronto, Information & Information Technology and Environment & Energy divisions.

In this role, she manages to consistently apply her strong customer service focus to every initiative, whilst simultaneously driving transformational change and achieving competitive organizational results.

Josie Scioli holds a Bachelor of Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto and brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining the City of Toronto, Josie was a senior executive at Toronto Community Housing where she led the maintenance and construction service delivery portfolio. There she redefined its core services, reinforced a facilities management framework and created a “customer first” philosophy to build a high-performing culture.
