ITAC President and CEO Karna Gupta is one of several ICT industry observers quoted in a Globe and Mail article on the rise of York Region as a possible new Canadian technology hub.

“The conversation is now between the hospitals, the tech companies, the incubation guys, the angel investment and the corporate members and educational [institutions]. This platform really did not exist in the way it does today,” says Gupta, commenting on the regional synergies that are pushing York to the forefront of the country’s technology growth.
