Minacs, a global outsourcing business solutions company, today announced it has been recognized as a “Breakthrough Top 10 Service Provider” for the Americas and Asia Pacific regions by the Information Services Group (ISG), a leading technology insights, market intelligence, and advisory services company.
This is the third time in a row that Minacs achieved this ranking for the Americas and for the second time for the Asia Pacific. The ISG Global Outsourcing Index 2016 rankings are based on customers acquired and annual deals contract value won.
In 2015, Minacs widened the scope of operations with clients leading to large-scale hiring and site expansions in Canada, India, the Philippines, and the US. It also expanded operations across Europe after a major business win with a leading automotive OEM.
