Study Projects ICT-Sector Hiring and Compensation Trends

WITIn a study created for ITAC, Radford—the San Jose, CA-based compensation survey firm—projects a stable Canadian market for ICT hiring and compensation. The survey concludes that, over the next year, most companies in Canada expect to add headcount or stay the same, with 17 percent anticipating an increase in their workforce. Over 60 percent of companies provided more than 90 percent of employees with salary increases in 2012 and 2013.
