ITAC Working with 13 Global Tech Industry Associations to Advance ICT Outcomes at G20 ICT Ministerial

ITAC is working with 13 technology industry associations from around the world, including DigitalEurope, TechUK, Korea Electronics Association and the Information Technology Industry Council (U.S.), to press for outcomes at the 2017 G20 ICT Ministerial in Berlin that promote growth, security and predictability of the global technology ecosystem.  Specific requests include removing unnecessary data localization measures, adopting internationally interoperable privacy regimes and resolving outstanding questions of cross-border taxation through multi-lateral settings.
