Communications Security Establishment Canada
CSE is Canada’s cryptologic agency; it provides the Government of Canada with two key services: foreign signals intelligence in support of defence and foreign policy, and products and services that help protect information and information systems of importance to the Government of Canada through its IT Security Program.  Ms. Moffa has been the Deputy Chief for the IT Security Program since April 2009.Prior to this position, Toni Moffa has held various executive positions at CSE across several business lines, namely, IT Security, SIGINT and Corporate Services and also included a posting as Canada’s Senior Liaison Officer to the National Security Agency in the USA.  Toni Moffa began her career with CSE in 1986, after graduating from McGill University in Montreal.
